Terms and Conditions of Enrolling in a My Art Studio Creative Art Programme

  1. Term fees are charged on a term-by-term basis (10 weeks). Payment must be made in full 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the term. A student will not be entitled to attend class unless full payment has been received. My Art Studio reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of S$10 for any late or dishonoured payments.
  2. A written notice of withdrawal shall be required for mid-term withdrawal. No balance fee shall be refunded.
  3. Lessons cannot be transferred to or shared with another sibling/student.
  4. My Art Studio reserves the right to change or substitute teachers without prior notice.
  5. Classes will not be scheduled on gazetted public holidays.
  6. My Art Studio reserves the right to combine, transfer or suspend classes without prior notice. In the case of classes cancelled by My Art Studio, a replacement lesson will be scheduled.
  7. Parents/guardians are requested to keep their child at home if he or she has a cold, fever, or any infectious disease. In the case where a Medical Certificate is provided, all efforts will be made to arrange a replacement class.
  8. Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance by SMS, email or phone if your child is unable to attend class due to a valid reason, failing which the lesson will be forfeited.
  9. A term of 10 lessons is to be completed in 15 weeks, inclusive of absences due to MCs, holidays and other valid reasons for absences. Any additional extension is to be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  10. My Art Studio will not be liable for replacement lessons for students who fail to attend classes for reasons beyond the company’s control i.e. force majeure.
  11. Enrolment may be suspended if the student is planning to be out of the country for a minimum period of one calendar month. Proof of absence AND one month’s prior written notice is required to suspend lessons.
  12. Should a student be absent for a period of greater than 6 months and wish to re-enrol, this will be considered a new enrolment.
  13. My Art Studio or its associated companies will not accept liability for loss of, damage to, student’s personal belongings while in attendance at the art studio.
  14. My Art Studio reserves the right to take pictures or videos of the students for publicity and promotional purposes.
  15. My Art Studio will not use student or parent/guardian details for any purpose other than in the normal administration of its enrichment business.
  16. The enrolling parent/guardian is required to notify My Art Studio of any change to the student’s particulars as per this registration form. All correspondence will be sent to the current registered address and My Art Studio accepts no responsibility for undelivered correspondence.
  17. The management reserves the right to amend fees, discounts and privileges periodically.
  18. The management reserves the right to include, delete or amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
